Delete your account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app, or submit a request below. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.

The fastest way — your account and data are deleted immediately.
  1. Open Micro Macro Tracker
  2. Tap the menu icon → Settings
  3. Scroll to Data & Privacy
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm

⚠️ Deleting your account permanently removes all food logs, workout history, and personal data. This cannot be undone.
✅ Your deletion request has been received. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
